Genome Wide Association studies present particular challenges to researchers due to the very large data sets involved and the computationally intensive analysis of that data. Our experience with GWAS projects can help you with the organization, storage, and analysis of your genotyping and associated data.

Our previous work in this area has included database design and tuning, univariate analysis, integrating public resources such as dbSNP and Hapmap, optimization of the analysis pipeline, checking and recoding subject survey data, creating tools to transform data from one format to another, or extracting a subset of the data to the needed format.

We also have experience in the development of specialized efficient programs for statistical analysis suited for CCB's computing resources.
