Using techniques such as TAP-tag, Lumier, Split Ubiquitin, Protein Complementation Assays, and Yeast two Hybrid screens, we apply computational and bioinformatics procedures (statistics, machine learning, comparative genomics, functional annotations) for the processing and interpretation of data on protein interactions obtained by medium and high throughput experiments.

A close up view of individual complexes and their components proteins, mapped onto the Consolidated PPI network. It illustrates that Swd2 is identified as a shared component between the Compass complex and the mRNA cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor complex based on its interactions with virtually all other components of these two complexes. Swd2 also interacts with 4 components of the cytosolic ribosomal large subunit. However, Swd2 is not considered as a component of it because the fraction of interacting components is too small.
